Implemented and managed multimillion-dollar projects, established supply chain processes, and supported strategic decision-making. Fostered productive relationships with top leaders and served as a key advocate for personnel issues.

Agricultural research stations- Angola
Designed and managed operations for 9 governmental research stations, including economic evaluation, conceptual design, station layout, research scope, trial area, and trial design.

Food security project- Sudan
Planned and operated agriculture farms across 4 states, covering 360 hectares of rain-fed cereals and 2 irrigated farms, with 4 service centers, 1 veteran village, and providing tractor courses for thousands of trainees.

Port establishment logistics and operations- Israel
Managed preparation milestones for multi-foreign subcontractor activities in establishing Haifa's Bay Port project.

Police force project design- West Africa
Designed and developed a concept for an anti-terrorism unit that specializes in high-risk arrests, organized crime activity, and monitoring and fighting terror activities. The unit also serves as a reserve force for large national operations and for containing demonstrations and riots.
