EPC
We take full responsibility for every aspect of a project, from engineering and procurement to construction. EPCM
We take a collaborative approach to our projects, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. BOO
We work with the Build, Own, and Operate model to provide our clients with comprehensive solutions. This means that we take charge of the project's development, finance, engineering, procurement, construction, and ongoing operation. Our team is experienced in every aspect of the project lifecycle, and we work closely with our clients to deliver customized solutions that meet their specific needs. Whether we develop BOO projects exclusively or in partnership with other organizations.
BOOT
GAC Globals adopts the Build, Own, Operate, Transfer (BOOT) model for its projects. This model is similar to BOO, but with the key difference that GAC Globals transfers the facility to the public administration at the end of the concession agreement. With BOOT, we take full responsibility for the project's development, finance, engineering, procurement, construction, and ongoing operation, ensuring its success throughout the project lifecycle.
PPP
We adopts the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, where we partner with the local government to provide innovative technology and expertise, improve services, and promote economic growth. Through this model, we collaborate with the government to identify and deliver projects that benefit the community, leveraging our expertise in engineering, finance, and management to ensure their success.
